My name is James Barrett better know as “JB”. I am a 18 year old photographer and videographer from the Boston area. 

When I started photography my goal was inspiring others and making an impact that will never be forgotten.

Over the past few months I’ve shot concerts and got my foot in the door of concert photography through networking and being persistent. During this time I’ve developed a taste for taking portraits of artists and capturing who they are not only as creatives but as human beings. 

As my career goes on I plan on creating and talking my work to the next level as I shoot more shows and capture more memorable photos. I see photography not only as an opportunity to create and capture but to also hold a memory or create a piece of art caught in time that people can look back on and appreciate because at the end of the day that’s what’s most important.
